ABOUT 70 traders who bid for strategic Ramadan bazaar lots in Lorong Masjid India and Lorong Tuanku Abdul Rahman, in Kuala Lumpur are accusing Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) of having a tidak apa attitude in keeping illegal traders out of their zone.
