KUCHING: The 6th International Research Symposium in Service Management to be held here next month will be an opportunity for local service providers to learn from experts about improving the quality of their service.

Organised by Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sarawak, it will feature keynote speakers Prof Dr Jay Kandampully from Ohio State University in the United States and Prof Dr Jochen Wirtz from the National University of Singapore.
