THE proposed model for revamping facilities in the Kelana Jaya Lake Park will be the least financially taxing option for the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).
“The facilities were previously managed through open tenders and tenancy agreements but that did not work out well,” said MBPJ Landscape Department director Zuraidah Sainan in a written reply to StarMetro.
