THE lackadaisical attitude of residents in apartments and flats is one of the main reasons for the buildings’ dilapidated condition, Shah Alam mayor Datuk Ahmad Zaharin Mohd Saad said.
He said the lack of cooperation and commitment among residents was one reason high-rise building communities failed to build a better environment.
