A GARDENER is crying foul over a RM1,000 parking summons he was served by the local council, saying that the amount was absurd.
Mohamad Safiri Sabri, 37, from Bandar Parkland, Klang, said he parked his car on the road shoulder next to the PosLaju building at Jalan Raya Timur here at 10.10am on May 8.
