IT is not viable for the Royal Malaysia Air Force (RMAF) base in Teluk Air Tawar to be relocated to Ara Kuda in Tasek Gelugor which has been earmarked for development of public housing.

Penang Opposition Leader Datuk Jahara Hamid said the plot of land which had been identified for the relocation of the base belongs to the Penang Regional Development Authority (Perda).
