SIBU: The use of a sophisticated application called Enhanced Mobile Management System (EMMS) has enabled the local police to trace stolen vehicles not only with ease but also accurately and effectively.

Aided with a Mobile Card Acceptance Device (MCAD), the application allows the police to know the status of a motorcycle or a car whether they are stolen property by the click of the button.
