THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) will hold its annual crow-shooting programme from next month.
Its staff will carry out crow-shooting operations using shotguns from 7am to 8pm on Sundays until Dec 31 along the birds’ flight paths, landings, stops and breeding locations on the island.
