SHAH Alam’s celebrated deputy mayor Mohtar Hani was given a grand send-off on the last day of his tenure in the civil service recently.
Mohtar, who joined the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) in 2006, clocked out for the last time after handing over his duties to his successor and acting deputy mayor Roslan Darus.
