PARTICIPANTS at this month’s StarLIVE event learnt that size matters and picked up tips on what it takes to live healthy.

Organised by the Star Media Group in partnership with Nestle and held at Menara Star in Petaling Jaya on a Saturday morning, the food and health-themed session taught guests about the importance of portion control and a varied diet.
