KOTA KINABALU: Sea-based activities will be restricted in marine rich Semporna under a conservation plan to protect its biodiversity.
An agreement to implement the plan in phases by 2017 was signed between the Town and Regional Planning Department Sabah and World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Malaysia on Wednesday.
