JOHOR BARU: Johor needs about RM5bil to tackle the flood issues in the state under the 11th Malaysia Plan.
State Health and Environment committee chairman Datuk Ayub Rahmat said that so far the state had received RM500mil for three flood mitigation projects in Segamat, Gemas and Muar.
