RADIO frequency emission (RFE) from telecommunication towers are harmless to people.
The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) web page states that conclusive scientific evidence has not shown that RFE from telecommunication transmitters cause headache, delirium, skin irritation or cancer.
