THE Penang Animal Sanctuary Society (PASS) has raised another RM60,000 for the RM1.1mil sanctuary it is building in Relau, Penang, to house stray dogs and cats.

The society raised the money through its Food For Love Charity Food Carnival which was held at the Methodist Boys School in Penang on Sunday.
