RESIDENTS of Taman Berkeley in Klang panic whenever there is a downpour as their homes would be flooded by foul-smelling water from a nearby water retention pond.
Ong Kan Bin, 69, who represented about 30 affected residents, said the water would flow into the houses, rising as high as 1m.
