THE Penang Government should look into ways to step up enforcement in tackling irresponsible disposal of rubbish.
Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin said there were existing laws such as the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 which the local authorities could act on, but more enforcement was needed to curb litterbugs.
