THE Penang Island City Council’s Excellent Service Awards recipient R. Rajasegaran, who is wheelchair-bound since young due to polio, has never felt discriminated in the 20 years he has been working there.
The 45-year-old administrative assistant in the Landscape Department, said his colleagues never treated him differently.
