SULTAN of Perak Sultan Nazrin Shah and Raja Permaisuri of Perak Tuanku Zara Salim, on Wednesday, set off on “Balai Gambang”, a large, decorated boathouse, to visit the tombs of five previous sultans located on the Perak River banks, as part of the ritual of the Sultan of Perak XXXV enthronement ceremony.
The royal couple, who arrived at the Pasir Salak Historical Complex Jetty at 9.30am, were greeted by some 110 flag-waving students from SK Selat Pulau.
