BUSLOADS of devotees and the public from the northern states converged at the Penang state stadium in Batu Kawan to take part in a three-in-one ‘Global Triple Celebration’ to commemorate Wesak Day, Mother’s Day and Global Tzu Chi Day.
About 1,000 Nepalese devotees were also among the thousands of people who turned up at the event.
