THE Penang ferry services expe-rienced losses between RM17mil and RM20mil yearly but the Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) is not limited to providing only ferry services, said Penang Works, Utilities and Transportation Committee chairman Lim Hock Seng.
Lim (DAP-Bagan Jermal) said PPSB also provided container services, cargo services, pilotage, towage and other services which made a profit for the company.
