VANDALISM is a big concern for Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) when setting up new facilities.
Despite efforts to beautify the cityscape with heritage trails, Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib said DBKL’s efforts were in vain as vandals continue to steal and deface public property.
