Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) does not give any discount or reduction in development charges.
In a statement, Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said DBKL had never entertained such requests and the claims were allegations by unscrupulous people.
