AN abandoned construction site meant for a shoplot at the junction of Jalan Mohet and Jalan Pulasan in Klang’s Little India has been turned into a dumpsite for domestic garbage, scrap metal and construction debris.
At 10.15am on Thursday, several men were seen dumping construction debris using a tractor.
