SARAWAK’S Gunung Mulu National Park receives about 20,000 visitors a year – a far cry from the estimated 250,000 visitors who go to Sabah’s Kinabalu Park annually.
In 2013, Mulu – a Unesco World Heritage Site (just like Kinabalu Park) – received 19,157 visitors, of which 12,871 were foreigners.
