Reaping fresh herbs

MALACCA: It’s a small vegetable plot but it impacts greatly on Malacca Bayview Hotel’s going green campaign.

The hotel’s own spice garden at the poolside is flourishing with a variety of herbs from curry leaves, chilly plants and lime trees where chefs used the fresh picks as ingredients for dishes prepared at the hotel.
