THE Penang Vasakhi Fest 2015 celebrating the Sikh New Year was a vibrant and colourful affair at Penang Times Square in George Town.
It was a feast of song and dance. Melodies added excitement while energe-tic performers swayed to the music, joined by revellers young and old.
