Dialogue gives lodging providers deeper understanding of guidelines

OPERATORS of budget hotels and lodging houses obtained a better understanding of the local government guidelines for the industry during a dialogue session in Penang.

A budget hotel operator, who wanted to be known only as Kent, 40, said it was costly to comply with the guidelines of the Fire and Rescue Department.
