Firm secures contract to grow mushrooms

A COMPANY has been awarded a contract to carry out cultivation of mushrooms in Juru’s Permanent Food Production Plantation (TKPM) in Penang.

Penang Health Committee chairman Dr Afif Bahardin said two other companies, which had already been awarded contracts for fish hatchery and shrimp cultivation, were allowed to extend their lease agreement for their projects.
