Leading men: ACP Suressh (second from left), Ng (left), Loh (second from right) and Ipoh OCPD ACP Sum Chang Keong led a dialogue to encourage business operators to work closely with the police to help combat crime in their community.

THE Perak police is hoping that its SafeCam Partnership programme would be well received by businesses.

State Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department acting chief Asst Comm G. S. Suressh Kumar said only 120 business owners with CCTVs (closed-circuit television) in their premises have signed up with the programme but believed that more would sign up in the next three months.
