Do not send in repeated complaints, Ipoh folk told

IPOH folk who have sent in complaints through the Ipoh City Council’s e-Aduan system are advised not to send in duplicates on the same matter.

The council’s corporate affairs principal assistant director Normala Latiff said this will only slow down the process of solving the matter.
