JOHOR BARU: The mastermind of a “flying passport” syndicate offering foreigners an illegal way to stay in the country has been nabbed in an operation by the state Immigration Department.
A 57-year-old woman known as Mak Aji believed to be the person running the home-based service was arrested in the operations on Saturday.
