JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) has been urged to expedite its flood mitigation project after various areas here were hit by flash floods recently.
Pengkalan Rinting assemblyman Cheo Yee How said many motorists passing Jalan Skudai and Jalan Danga Bay on March 31 were trapped when the water level started rising along both roads.
