THE developer of a high-rise apartment project near the Permai Lake View Apartment and The Haven Lakeside Residences condominium have refuted claims that construction will take place on a former retention pond.

MH Amanjaya Properties Sdn Bhd director Adnan Shahuddin said the project known as the Qube Tambun would be constructed on a piece of land about 500m away from the retention pond.
