WITH a smile on their faces, thousands of early risers filled the field at the Esplanade in Penang for a yoga exercise called the Smile Yoga.
Dressed in identical white T-shirts featuring the picture of a smile, they came as early as 6am to carry out simple, fun movements and breathing practices for relaxation.
