KOTA KINABALU: The association of Sabah lawyers is reminding its members to spell out in writing the scope of work they would be doing for their clients before accepting any fees.
The Sabah Law Association (SLA) said lawyers should also put in writing their clients’ instructions and had been agreed between them as to the legal work they had been engaged to do.
