KUANTAN: MCA is still relevant in standing up for the rights of the Chinese community and in looking after the people’s welfare, Kuantan MCA division chief Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker said.
Ti said the party is an institution formed historically and legally in accordance with the political framework by the country’s forefathers and provisions of the constitution.
