JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) has decided to use confiscated items and also reutilised their existing van in making their first Mobile Tools Van (MTV).
The MTV which cost them about RM5,000 was invented to better improve their work productivity in running enforcement operations within their jurisdiction.
