MALACCA: The introduction of credit cards to pay income tax by the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) was not meant to burden taxpayers with more debts.
IRB chief executive officer Tan Sri Dr Mohd Shukor Mahfar said that the new payment method was introduced for the convenience of taxpayers.
