DBKL steps up efforts to help legalise businesses in the city

KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has embarked on a programme to ensure that business owners have valid premises licences.

In conjunction with this effort, DBKL announced that it had been issuing conditional licences to business owners since the start of this month.
