By SHARON LINGYU JI

KUCHING: The High Court has tentatively fixed May 15 to decide on a judicial review filed by the state PKR challenging the Election Commission’s (EC) redelineation exercise in Sarawak.

During the mention of the case in chambers yesterday, the court was told that EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof, who was named as the respondent, had filed an affidavit in opposition on March 6 while the applicants – state PKR vice-chairman See Chee How and Ulu Baram voter Pauls Baya – had filed their affidavit in reply on March 17.
