THE heavy evening traffic was no deterrent to the many visitors who flocked to attend Petaling Jaya City Council’s (MBPJ) Chinese New Year and Chap Goh Mei celebrations at Taman Jaya, Petaling Jaya on Thursday.
Many did not mind having to park quite a distance away and making their way to the lakeside on foot just to be part of the event, which marked the 15th and last day of Chinese New Year.
