THE state government plans to complete 4,545 units of affordable, low medium-cost (LMC) and low-cost (LC) properties in Penang by 2018.
State Housing and Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo (pic) said of the 4,545 units, some 1,598 would be located on the island while the remaining 2,947 would be in Seberang Prai.
