Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has set aside RM8mil to upgrade its public libraries under Budget 2015.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said RM5mil would be for physical improvements and RM3mil to provide more reading materials, computers and other equipment.
