THE Petaling Jaya City Council only completed nine of the 16 projects to resurface roads around Petaling Jaya last year, not making full use of the money allocated for the purpose.
Damansara Utama assemblyman Yeo Bee Yin said the council was given RM8.6mil to carryout road resurfacing works but only used half the amount.
