DAP: Give states more space

KUCHING: Like the Sabah Assembly speaker, Sarawak DAP is also calling on the Federal Government to loosen its grip on the Malaysian states on Borneo.

In a statement yesterday, Abdul Aziz Isa, special assistant to the Sarawak DAP chief, claimed the Federal Government’s control over Sarawak and Sabah had fuelled local resentment.
