Agile acrobats: The Hong Wu lion dance troupe performing at the entrance to Cititel Mid Valley
A LARGE crowd gathered at Cititel Mid Valley to watch an elaborate lion dance performance complete with acrobatic stunts on the first day of the Lunar New Year.
The 20-man troupe from Pusat Tarian Singa Hong Wu skilfully brought two lions to life to chase away evil spirits as the loud sounds from Chinese gongs and cymbals filled the air.
