THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) is studying the feasibility of reducing the permit processing fee for factories with illegal extensions so the operators can resubmit their plans.
Council Building Department director Mohd Ariffuddin Kamari said 95% of factory extensions in the municipality were illegal.
