Badly damaged retaining wall could lead to Sungai Keledang flooding

Clogged: The collapsed concrete wall and rubbish in the river have caused flash floods during heavy rain.

THE embankment of Sungai Keledang near RPT Sri Aman, Menglembu is badly damaged and any sudden deluge would cause the river to swell and overflow, flooding parts of the housing estate.

RPT Sri Aman Lot 51 Action Committee chairman Mohd Anuar Mat Noor, 50, said the problem had been there for about five years when developers used excavators to cross the river, damaging the concrete structure.
