JOHOR BARU: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) understands the hike proposal by public bus and taxi operators.
Its chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Syed Jaafar Albar said it has no problems with a fare increase but stressed any decision was up to the government.
