HEARING-impaired draftsman Hoo Hwee Shan, 26, could not contain her excitement when she held her baby boy who was born on the first day of the Chinese New Year.
“I’m so blessed to have him on the first day of the Year of the Goat. It is truly an auspicious day to have a baby,” said Hoo, who also has a two-year-old daughter.
